Job description

We are currently looking for new colleagues who would provide technical support to our clients (B2B) and contribute to technical documentation (incl. the night shifts).

Job description:

  • Solving client’s queries (written form)
  • Help to our clients with configuration; help them to understand system set up etc.
  • Close cooperation with developing team
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Ad hoc tasks


  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian language both in written form
  • Empathy, strong client orientation - very pro-customer-oriented personality
  • Knowledge of Internet services (DNS, SMTP, ...), TCP / IP protocol
  • Experience in technical support is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic
  • Accuracy, logical thinking, the ability to identify and follow priorities
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS etc. (don’t need to develop, but need to understand)
